* Discounts apply only to those items where the product code ends in the letter T, or C. Items with an X at the end of the product code are not discountable. Items with the letter T at the end are discountable up to 20%. Items with the letter C at the end are the only products that qualify for large discounts.
Discounts above 20% will not always show up on the web and will be calculated when the order is processed at our end. Titles may be mixed to satisfy quantity requirements.
PAYMENT: Credit terms are not available, but orders may be sent COD or charged to Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. We accept PayPal within the U.S. but cannot do so for international orders becasue of difficulty in knowing the exact shipping charge at the time the order is placed.
If outside the U.S., payment can be by credit card or check. If by check, it should be in U.S. dollars drawn against a U.S. bank.
RETURNS on retail orders are always accepted if not entirely satisfied with the product. Returns on orders of 12 or more items which have received a volume or commercial discount are accepted within 30 days of purchase, subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
